We’re sure you’ll fall madly in love with your purchase!

However, we understand love at first sight does not always work out. Should you need to exchange or refund your ARNIERI item follow these steps:

1. email us within 5 days of receiving your order

2. return merchandise back to ARNIERI HQ within 15 days of receiving your order

3. items must be 100% new condition, unworn and unwashed

4. return postage is not covered by ARNIERI

5. for exchanges, the replacement items shipping must be covered by the customer.
